I was extremely frustrated by the poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbors talking and watching TV late into the night. Moreover, the lack of complimentary drinking water in the room was surprisingly disappointing. I also encountered issues with the breakfast service as it ended too early, not catering to those who enjoy a leisurely morning.

the staff might think they’re doing their job well, but when I found out that no hot water was available, their indifference was astounding. oh, and they expect you to drink tea from flimsy paper cups. Just when I thought I'd give a glowing review, they dashed those hopes with their astonishing incompetence.
